Problem opening restaurant story

My problem is that the game works fine and then for no apparent reason I can't open it. I click on the game icon it looks like it's about to open, then the screen goes black for a second and I'm back on my menu page. This keeps happening and then just as mysteriously the game works fine a day later or so and it opens normally. Plz help fix this because by the time the game opens again my food has gone bad or my customers happiness is low etc thx

Just wanted to add that there is no Internet connection problem when the game is not opening
