Castle story - unable to but Barrack

Hi, Hi, I've got enough gems to buy Barracks but it mentioned that I've reached the limitation. Since I have never bought any Barracks, do u know the reason why I can't buy it? Thanks.

Barracks is a royal building, you must have reached the limit with the royals buildings. You should sell one of your buildings in order to put Barracks. FYI putting the building in the storage doesn't count as selling one!
