Cant access the 2nd case

Same problem here.....stuck on "downloading". I did the uninstall/reinstall and it's still "downloading"

Yes, same issue for me as well. Force closed multiple times and then tried deleting/reinstalling and still stuck :/

Hey, case 2 is not downloading 😒 need to solve case#3 to get more gems in castle story. Have deleted and reloaded a couple of times... Any help will be appreciated.

For anyone unable to download case 2, can you make sure you have an active connection? Mystery Crimes does support an offline mode, so you can continue to play when you don't have any internet access. You will need to connect to the internet in order to download any new scenes or additional content. Please let me know if this explains any troubles you were encountering.

Nothing changes. Case 2 is still locked even though it says 23% solved. "Downloading...please wait" is covering the "play" button and the cover for case 2 is the crime scene tape as if I was never in there (as stated earlier, I was but now I'm locked out completely from case 2).
