I'm in huge uk and haven't had this yet...I have shut down game and re-opened and still nothing.......anyone got any ideas?

Ask 15 Neighbors are they going to Polaris

Place and build the Kingdom Inn

I got the inn. It said to ask neighbors, but then checked it and went away instantly. I had everything else - used te things, built the inn, upgraded the inn. Now I can only gt ot chocolate from my cottages. I see no way to request it from neighbors. There is no prompt, no gift I can send, no ..... Anything? What gives?
