The Trool King isn't in this game. However, his brother, the Troll King, is. He lives in the pit to the north. They have another brother, the Drool King, but he stays home a lot because of his, um, moisture problem. They don't really like to talk about it much, so when you meet the Troll King, try not to yell "your brother slobbers worse than a Great Dane!" That would make him very angry, and then you've really got a battle on your hands.
