Nothing beyond robo plateau?

I've completed robo plateau (lvl 90) with 11/18 stars and my balloon is still hovering over that land, no path leading away from it... Is it a glitch?

Looks like you were able to move onto the next Island. Sometimes you need to complete more stars before moving onto the next Island. If you see that your balloon doesn't move to the next Island, get a few more stars in the previous Islands and you should be able to move on.
