I know that's kinda stupid really for it to be "no one may actually win." per TL it would mean no one entered the contest by purchasing any GEMS at all. during the BF sale which is a load of the biggest crock ever. Maybe they haven't held the drawing yet though it stated sometime after the 10th whenever Tl decided they wanted to any other words. I dunno if anyone else in other game have said anything about winning or not.
