Why is it only for residents of the united states?
because this is gambling and they may get caught for that in other countries where a license is required for gambling
Why in the world are you excluding three states? Do you think there are only 47 states in the USA? I guess I could understand keeping it USA only, but why aren't you counting NY, FL and RI?
The three states excluded have very tough gambling laws
