Missing rewards in tournament

The last few days when I win bingo in tournament i dont get money or tickets, the coffin treasure opens but nothing comes out. I already errased the app and installed it again and nothing changed.

Do you see the your number of tickets and other items increase even though you do not see the items come out?

Hello, I have also this problem for a week and the treasure chest is open but no ticket is increasing. The number of tickets stays the same. Please fix it!
