Fortunate I didn't have any down time I'm on Android using 4G feel bad for those that are. If I did have any I didn't notice or it was fixed for me before I went into the game. However I agree a little communication would be nice if are or not getting a new update before Friday. It's frustrating in the fact we hardly get any teasers to know, or TL doesn't update there blog the way they use to either with upcoming teasers.
Ok I just got forced closed and I can't get on maybe there gearing up an update or it's the usual issues
It's Wednesday 2am here and no update, I'll go for sleep without seeing the update (if there's gonna be any) unfortunately... I hope we'll get it at any minute now or at least we'll have some information about what's happenning. I was looking forward to this update thinking we'll get new Christmas stuff.
It's 7:20 here in NY so it's 4:20 in L.A. where TL is. I doubt we'll get anything at this point. TL ALL WE WANTED WAS A SIMPLE ANSWER FROM YOU!!!! Your customer service stinks!!!!
TL, can u at least tell us why we did not get an update today? It would be nice to loyal customers to let us know that maybe a surprise is coming? Black Friday shopping? Goals to work for? Give us a nibble.
We have been asking for ages for confirmation and select all buttons, goals, gifts...and as I see now updates! They only care for the gem traps and making money but dont realize how many people is leaving. Only if we stop spending real money is how this game is going to improve.
I have spent sooooooo much money in this game,but am growing impatient with their lack of communication ,been home all day waiting for the update ,I have things to do!!!
The only time I seem to be able to get anything done when Team Lava is involved in an issue is to track down Kooky Panda and ask for her help...bless her heart she seems to light a fire and walla things get done. I hate to bother her on something as simple as a weekly update.
