    I e-mailed TL because just before the game went down the last time this happened, I just had my first knowledge shard quest (the one with the ponds). TL told me this was a known issue and they are working on it. When will I hear back from them with an update on solving this problem? I post it here because I really need this shards when I want to redecorate.
