Purchased coins on candy mania and they failed to download ?
Purchased $19.99 bundle of coins , was directed to verify credit card information . Competed the purchase & coins failed to download. I tried to purchase again and it states " bundle already purchased not yet downloaded. This has happened a couple times now. How do I get them to download without waiting days???
Try restarting your device, or deleting and reinstalling the game (your progress is saved on TLs servers). If you still haven't received the coins, email support@teamlava.com Give them your ID and what's happening.
Whenever you are having issues, try these two things first - restart your device,
