    That's good. At least as nasty as MidWest tornados are, the necessities of life are within walking distance. Picking up broken people was fast and over. My friends who are pulling duty in parts of the Philippines have many weeks of heartbreaking work ahead of them.

    I'm just sitting here, watching the arena timer tick around. Yawn.
