Is someone from firemocha ever going to help me

I have submitted reports about being hack and got no answer.. Tulkas attack me and lost and I lost the attack at 23% how is it possible that nobody can help me I have send emails twice and they haven't solve anything I and emails about the maintenance and it's been a long time and still no answer... I wonder how many employes do they have that no one can help me when I have a problem

Thank you for bringing this to our attention! Please know that we are very proactive when it comes to *****ers and most do get handled without any report from players. Additionally, when we do investigate and take action on these players, all crowns and resources lost to these players will be reimbursed. Thanks again for all your support!
