Why do I see only the same people in my newspaper??

I know there are a lot of people playing this game. I am seeing the same people over and over again, sometimes twice daily, while at the same time, there are players out there I never see.

My theory is that those are TL created users to keep the market flowing. I have the same people (not neighbors) buying things (the same stuff) daily and then after some time, never to be seen again. I've also noticed at work, where Facebook is blocked, the "real Facebook" users profile pics don't load, while some "Facebook" users pictures load (not loading from Facebook) The pics could be cached but Im thinking not. Just my theory but since the game is new TL probably wants the trading system to flow and so they have automatic shrill buyers in the market.
