New way to limited dragons?

On my main account now clown dragon is limited (back for a limited time). I do not have this dragon.

However, on my other acc falling leaf is limited now. (Both iOS)

Is it a new way differing players? What limited dragons do you face at the moment?

Oh, and on second acc there is no clown, on first, no falling leaf.
