I cant do anything in my game. I cant expect gold. I cant send gold. I cant send material requests or accept them. I cant send or accept neighbor requests. I cant see my goals. I cant visit my neighbors.
This is the only TL game I've had problems with and I'm getting very upset. I've uninstalled and re-installed many, many times and I've tried downloading different versions of the game. ( Halloween vs. Original)
Please someone tell me how I can fix this. I play on Android.
What specific device do you play on?
Have you updated your device to the most current version?
What is the game version of the game you are playing?(small number at the bottom of the screen under menu-help)
Are you playing on wifi or cellular(3G/4G)?

I play on an older device I guess. I've had my Motorola Defy for 3 years, but I don't have problems playing any of the other games; Bakery, Farm, Petshop, Fashion. I play on 3G and I update my phone when I find updates.
The other games are older games and do have the same amount of animations and features. I can also tell that dragon does not run as fast on my phone as the older games.Originally Posted by southernhusky
Have you tried using a task ****er to close out all apps running in the background.
You can also try clearing your cache and moving the game to your SD card(If you have one).

Can't log on this morning, keeps telling me no internet connection.
Had the same problem yesterday. I've force-closed the game. I've reinstalled the game. I still can not get in.

Just wanted to post that I'm having same issue. It started yesterday but today I've barely been able to play and when I try it go to the arctic the game gets stuck in travel and I have to close it. I have iPhone 5s, latest iOS and update DS game. I have rebooted my iPhone reset my wifi router just in case, but it's definitely the DS game.
as All other internet apps are working fine. The problem does seem worse with the new changes today.
Sorry I'm also playing on ipad air. Both devices having connection issues with DS. FS2 and CS are working fine in comparison. Thx!
In my other TL games it doesn't show no internet except here. Fix it!
