iPad system reset, farm gone

How do I get it back? I downloaded the app, but it has me back to square one. I've lost my levels in both Farm Story 2 and Restaurant Story.

I've looked on the site but can't find directions.....I can't be the first person who has had to do this. Please advise, thanks!
