    Question Trouble Connecting to Game

    I'm able to play RS without a hitch, but CS keeps telling me that I need an Internet connection to play. I've turned the phone off and force closed the game several times, and it's still giving me the same problem. I have iOS 7. Is anyone else having a similar problem?

    My game is running fine and I have on iPhone IOS 7.0.3

    Are you on the regular castle game? (not the valentine version).
    Have you checked iTunes for an update?

    On you phone try going under setting - safari and clear out cookies and Data.

    Hi,
    I have the same problem. I cannot get into game since yesterday evening. I allways get warning: CS is an online game .....
    Other (online) games work well, I can access AppleStore - the internet is OK. I try the regular castle game.
    I've tried quit everything and restart iPad - no change. I cleared out cookies and data under Safari settings. Is there bug in the latest update or what can I try to do?
    I really love this game, fourth meal for Greselda is waiting.

    Same problem for me. I can get into some of the other games fine but have been unable to enter castle story for about 12 hours now. It keeps telling me I need an internet connection. Which I have!

    For me it worked again by deleting and reinstalling.

    Yea, same for me, "Had" to reinstall as well.

    Was your data saved when you deleting and reinstall it? Or did you have to start all over? I wonder because I have the same problems as You.

    Your games are saved on Team Lava's servers under your storm ID. When you delete and redownload all your game progress will still be there.

    Hi, I was afraid reinstall the game. It works now without it.
