    I know u get them with jobs, but......

    Cook the same thing in every oven place until you master it.....you will get at least 200gems

    There's two options for you. The quickest way is to buy the gems pack using real money. The second way which is the slowest method is to master every recipes on the appliances. Though that will take awhile.
