It's disappointing that level 30 is as high as you can go but in order to get a new work shop it says you have to level up

Generic error message, they are allowing for the possibility that a future higher level may allow for more buildings of a given type rather than coding a hard limit.

Like saying you can't expand any further in the glimmer wood once the limit is reached because it's 'not safe'. They leave an open for when they're ready to add expansions. Kind of an in-game pause.

I have a problem with that error message though, 'You have expanded everywhere that is safe to explore'... How do you know it's safe unless it has already been explored? Is expanding the same as exploring? Why can't we send our knights on a quest to explore these unsafe areas?

Would have been better to leave that one as 'There are no expansion spaces currently available'.
