Gummy Bear King level 108

This isn't the first level this has happened on. When making a match on this level, the damage to the Gummy Bear King is random. Of it is a straight 3 match, the damage may be 1 or 2. I had a match with boost count to 11, with 3 tiles, and it did 4 damage. Is this something I'm not doing right.

The damage to the Evil Gummy Bear is not random. It is consistent for any given level. HOWEVER, the number of hit points you need to defeat the Bear DOES change from level to level.

For example, on one level, each candy matched (hit point) may do 1% damage to the bear. But on another level, you might have to match four candies (four hit points) to do 1% of damage.
