Use one of the games shown in post 1 of this thread to do the login. When you use the login feature on one game, all games under that storm ID will also transfer over.

I play on a kindle fire. My old fire just died and I got a new one but when I try to log in it only gives me the option of creating a new account. I was on level 99 in Restaurant and Bakery and over level 100 in Dragon. I just want to continue my old games. Any ideas?

Android devices do not have the login option. If you have a password and storm ID for your old games, you can transfer to your new device by using the storm 8 transfer:

I have a question : I had an account like 2 yrs ago but at that time didn't create a password ....is there any way to get it back since I don't remember how many gems I had? I probably have millions of coins now since everything sold out in 2 yrs

If you never had a password, you will need to send an email to support@teamlava.com for assistance in recovering your games.

Sorry if this has been answered before or sounds silly but I'm not into those things. I have a main account in my smartphone but never transfered it to my tablet but now I got a new tablet and want to play the same game in both devices. If I use the login feature to play my main account on my new device will I loose it from my old device? Or I'll be able to play the same account in 2 different devices?
