I just read this thread & pretty excited to get my old game back.

I was hoping I could get an answer here first since I know support is probably super busy.

I have 4 possibilities for passwords on my old account. What would be the best way to attempt to get the old game back? Should I try to log into the old game first? Try to log into the forum (I do have 7 posts...lol)?

Does anyone know if you get locked out & by how many attempts?

Android user for both accounts.

You can use this new feature to bring your games from your android device to an IOS device, but you cannot use this feature to bring games over to your android device, so if both of your devices are android, you will not be able to transfer your games using this new Log on. Sorry

According to the post above by Kooky, you can't. You can only use the log in feature on IOS devices through Restaurant Story.

You will not be able to use this feature, but you can still transfer your games :

You can email support@teamlava.com and they can transfer your games.

You can also transfer yourself:
