    Have you gone into your settings not in the game but general settings on the device and turn on in game app purchases? Try this if you haven't done so. ;-)

    Go to Google play....once you're in the market, hit your menu button & go to settings..go to in-app purchases...if you can't access since there is a pin # then someone else has the pin...if this is your first time, then you'll be able to set one up...all purchases will be on your phone bill.
