    I can't purchase gems?

    I was just about to buy some gems and for whatever reason it won't let me.
    When I click on the amount of gems I'd like to buy it goes into the "loading mode" but then it just takes me back to the gem page. I'm not getting my gems nor am I being asked for my password so I'm assuming that the transaction didn't go through.
    I've force closed my game multiple time and it's still happening. I checked in Bakery Story as well and it doesn't work in that game either

    Try doing a hard reset of your device.
    Hold down the on and home buttons at the same time until you see the apple sign.

    If that does not help, go to settings-safari and clear out cookies and Data, then restart your device.

    Also make sure you have updated your device to the current apple software version.

    I have the exact same problem. Worked with tech support for two weeks and still can't get it to work. I was told to contact apple support who sent me back to TL support. I can buy iTunes and can make purchases for other NON TL games just not TL games.

    Oh Yeah!!! Sometimes I find on my iphone that if I am having issues with the app store or itunes store , if I do a hard reset on my phone, it seems help.
