I am in the Central Standard Time zone and they usually are available after 3:00 PM for me.

I used to live in central time and they always came at 1pm for me. Now they come at 7pm for me, which is 1pm central time.

Is the update delay for both bs and rs again? Usually the update roll out 1 hour earlier. Or is it due to the daylight saving time?
