There used to be an expansion option you could get if you had a certain amount of friends (7 neighbors and then 15 neighbors). When you don't have enough neighbors it says you need more neighbors. Once I had enough neighbors the expansion options disappeared. So I added a lot of neighbors to expand and now it won't let me.
