I am at level 89 and it says I can not add any more appliances. When is the next appliance update. If I sell an old appliance can I buy a new one to replace it?

You should have your max 18 appliances allowed at your level. Yes, you can just STORE any appliance you have and you can then buy a new one. Just put any amount in storage and you should be good.

You do not need to sell anything, just storage some of your appliances and buy the ones you want.
