Avoiding the Bounty List

How do you keep your character from being put on the bounty list. I have run into players, such as CELTICKING, level 120, who can't be put on the bounty list. No matter how often I try, it says he is already on the bounty list. This is obviously not the case, since his name does not appear on the bounty list, and his losses and ****ed numbers have not gone up. So how is he doing this? I would like to protect my player in the same manner. However, I did not see anything in the FAQ section on how to do this. Could you post how to do this somewhere? I'm sure many players would like to be able to do this too.

Report this to Storm8 maybe a issue with his/her account giving unfair advantages. If *****ing then whoever is checking the account will hopefully ban/suspend them give name, flag, level, plus their code if you have it, if you have link to this player give your code and details
