Support response too long
I have noticed that emails to support usually get resolved 3-5 days. Not a bad turnaround until something happens that is time critical.....
I purchased 530 gold. Did not receive this gold. I have 3 days left in the tournament. I was planning on using this gold to use ultimate attack in the rest of my rounds as I have no epics left to use. I did the math and would need around 500 gold to make this happen.
With the 3-5 day response time I am most surely going to miss out on Ninja. Not OK!
I have sent an email to support, just wanted to state my frustrations.

I am sorry for the timing.
Make sure you sent support a copy of your iTunes receipt showing purchase. If you have not already done this reply back to your automatic email and attach a copy. This will save one future step.
