Move food to new counter

First time I've posted a question. Is it possible to move food from one counter to another? I have tried the option of save the food before clearing the counter, but where does the food go and how can I get it back?

If you store the counter then the food is gone for good. Can't move food from counters.

If you have same food on multiple counters, cook a batch of brownies. System will combine ur original food into one counter. U can decide whether or not to forego the batch of brownies and store away that counter.

But you cannot decide which counter all the food will move too.

The food will combine on the counter that has been out the longest. (Out longest, not had that dish on for longest)
