I am changing to a new phone. How to bring my castle from the old phone to a new phone?

This thread has instructions in how to transfer the games yourself (by using a storm8 game). If you don't feel confident, or have set up an ID on your new device, you can email support@teamlava.com and get them to do it for you. It can take a couple of business days.
