Can't Upgrade Royal Hall to 11?

Hey guys,

When looking through my list of buildings it shows a few that require a level 11 Royal Hall to build (champion altar, balista, etc.).

But when I go to my lvl 10 Royal Hall I no longer have any button to upgrade it to 11.

Is there a way to fix this?

I don't think the level 11 exists yet, maybe the ballista and champion alter is like a preview for the next update?

Level 11 currently isn't available. These are things to look forward to in a future update.

Looks like ballistas are out. I have a level 7 hall and see it in the market.
