    Angry Dragon story (teamlava)

    I am disappointed, i am a player and a fan of dragon story since last year. And always buy golds,etc. but now i am really disappointed. I bought worth $29.99 for the promo/sale set of unicorn package but it will not appear on my acct. "bethsteve" then after two days the promo gone and still not on my acct. i already emailed teamlava almost a week now many times but no reply about my payment!! I am asking them to get my set if unicorn or refund my payment but still no answer..( what i am going to do guys? Don't do this to me teamlava!!

    Teamlava should respond with 3-5 days and you should send. Them a copy of your receipt

    Or you can also email iTunes so they can issue you a refund ... Explain the situation

    If it has been over 5 business days since you sent in your email, respond back to the automatic email you received that shows your ticket number, and check on the status of your request.
