Is there a way to find someone if all you have is their farm name?
Not really. You would have to stumble across them in the community list. Plus farm names are not exclusive like storm ID's so there can be many of the same farm names.

Umm I have it but I did see someone post earlier that they did not have it.

Okay found the reason!
If you go under settings in the game you can turn on or off the "quick invite" option.
