I have been trying for two days and used A LOT of gold to speed things up...its only classified as a rare dragon and i am breeding Tropic and Virtue...over and over!!! Im on android...what's going on here????????

See this thread on how the breed the Shell Dragon. People have posted many combinations they used to get theirs.
Whenever you are having issues, try these two things first - restart your device,
