Hello. I am new to the game. How do you get reservations?
Go to the expansion you want to do. If you don't have enough reservations there should be an ask friends button. Click it and select the neighbours you want to send the request to. They can then reply to the request and you'll get a reservation. Please note that if you select more than 20 neighbours some wont get that request that day (only 20 go out).
