I've exhausted Empire Story and I'm only on level 42... The cost of buildings there is ridiculous & takes a LOT of gems to buy other things... I've also exhausted City Story like 20 levels ago... (on level 76), even with the 3 new buildings (that you have to ACTUALLY BUY WITH CITY $), theirs been nothing new for me to add to my city... haven't been able to expand in forever either... Ugh... : /
