It should still be there but once you have the required amount of neighbor the icon with just have the cost in coins or gems on it.
The same thing has happened to me with 7 neighbours and 10 neighbours. There is no cost associated with this expansion, and the icon disappears as soon as you get the required number of neighbours.Originally Posted by lizlin_tw
