Expansion Overview: Introduction to the Arctic Isles! [iOS]

Really enjoying this new expansion even though the cost of food here is insane(!) but oh well, it gives it a challenge I guess!

One question though... Is it possible to make one of the five small expansion areas on the hill in the upper right corner bigger?? (Which I marked in the picture attached) I have expanded to all available spots there but can't place anything else now since everything is too big. I would love to be able to also place my fire crucible there... For now that spot seems rather useless. Think you can maybe fix that tiny inconvenience for moi TL? Pretty pleeeeaaase?

Oh cool! So we CAN put things on this part of the expansion. I was unsure of its use when I saw I could go there. I have about three more left on the main island and its rather plain since there are so few decorations and habitats.

Yes, that's the problem. The arctic isles are only for iOS unfortunately.

So does ice age type + ice age type = any of the ice age dragons? Abom + abom = any abom? And blizzard + blizzard = any blizzard or do you have to use specific combos for the super rates?

Yes the best way to try for a particular group of dragons blizzard, abom, ice age... is to use two of the same type. But there are other ways. I got 2 of my snowflake by using blizzard + ice age! Alpine I got with two blizzards

Lotus Blossom in Arctic Isles Storage


I noticed lotus blossom being listed in the Arctic Isles storage today. Don't remember seeing that before. Is something new coming up to the Arctic Isles?

Any high cost to speed up ?

It was (I think) about 168 gold to speed, and don't quote me on this, but I think it was over 100 flames to speed, I was just so excited, cos it was a combo of flames/gold I hadn't seen before, and I'd just sped my way through 10 or so blizzards (for that day!)

I really should start writing things down, but I get impatient! Plus I've kids, so I can't leave bits of paper lying around, they get drawn on!
