I did the fix that bought me the pig, but I bought the alicorn. I wanted the allicorn and I have not placed the pig. If they will just swap the pig for the alicorn I will be happy.

After waiting for five days and getting no response from support, I got a refund from iTunes. That's sure going to make me think twice about ever buying anything again if this is the kind of customer support that they have.
I have yet to hear back from either iTunes or TL.
Still no response from the Support Team.
I have not gotten a response from support either. I got the pig not the alicorn. Maybe a refund request would get their attention. Since I got something, just not what i wanted. I have hesitated to ask for a refund.
They finally responded, but it's almost as if it's an automated response.
They want me to send an e-mail receipt of the purchase.... How the hell? There was no e-mail sent -_-.
I gave them my storm8 ID already, they should be able to find it in their logs if they investigate my account.
This is ridiculous.
