Thread: Purchased a bundle; didn't receive items?

    I did the fix that bought me the pig, but I bought the alicorn. I wanted the allicorn and I have not placed the pig. If they will just swap the pig for the alicorn I will be happy.

    Same here. I'll be satisfied if they will replace it with the Alicorn.

    I PAID for an Alicorn, not for a pig.

    After waiting for five days and getting no response from support, I got a refund from iTunes. That's sure going to make me think twice about ever buying anything again if this is the kind of customer support that they have.

    I have not gotten a response from support either. I got the pig not the alicorn. Maybe a refund request would get their attention. Since I got something, just not what i wanted. I have hesitated to ask for a refund.

    They finally responded, but it's almost as if it's an automated response.

    They want me to send an e-mail receipt of the purchase.... How the hell? There was no e-mail sent -_-.

    I gave them my storm8 ID already, they should be able to find it in their logs if they investigate my account.

    This is ridiculous.

    They may not see the purchase in your account, that is why they are asking for your iTunes receipt to show what you purchased .
    My receipts from iTunes come to my iTunes email account.

    You can also go to your iTunes account to get a copy of your receipt.

    I sent my receipt with my support request I think. I have not heard anything yet.

    Idk... I logged in my iTunes account but saw no such thing as a receipt. Where exactly do I go?
