Thread: Purchased a bundle; didn't receive items?

    Purchased a bundle; didn't receive items?

    I just bought the current special bundle, the 100,000 coins, the 100 gems, and Alicorn for $9.99 - went through all the steps, entered my password, my bank account was charged.... And no shiny presents. I didn't receive any of those items... Now what do I do?

    Try restarting your device, or deleting and reinstalling the game. If you still haven't received your items, email support@teamlava.com Give them your ID, if possible a copy of your receipt, and what happened.
    Whenever you are having issues, try these two things first - restart your device,
    and delete and reinstall the app. Your progress is saved on TLs servers.

    I had the same problem with the same package and I already restarted my device and uninstalled the app. ��

    Same issue here. Restarted device, reinstalled game. Nothing. It keeps saying it's already purchased when you try to buy it again, and that it has to download, but it never downloads.

    Have you tried closing out your iTunes app store icon then reopening it? Also try going under settings and logging out of your iTunes account, then log back in.

    Had the same problem. Reported it to apple and storm8 support. Game keeps prompting me for my appleID. Gave up putting it in after the first 5 times. Anybody had any luck with any of the above fixes.
