    Go into the quest, click the ask button, select your neighbours and send the request.

    If you've been sent a request for one just press the accept button and it will be sent without you having to do anything else.

    I guessed this was the procedure, but I have some ?? because I think 3 people send me a mask, but in the quest it still says 0/15.

    If you sent lots of a previous request they could still be filtering through. You can try force closing and restarting the game to see if the count changes.

    Glad it worked. Force closing is always a good idea if things look weird
