What happens when you press Continue? Do they show up there?

That happened to me yesterday. After I restarted the game it was OK, but I lost four tickets, I think.
I've tried restarting the game and resetting my phone. Neither worked. This has been going on a few days now and I'm missing out on all those tickets.
Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the game?
You are not guaranteed to gain tickets at the end of each round. You will be rewarded tickets based on how well you do for that round.
