Are your trying to play on a new/different device ?
If so you will need to transfer all your games to your new device.
You can email support@teamlava.com and they can transfer your games.
You can also transfer yourself:

If you have already set a new storm ID on your new device, you will need to email support for assistance.
If you are the same device but your game is missing, go back to the app store and redowload/reinstall the game.
