yes, u can get all dragons that are available in the newest ds version (rainbow at this moment) :-)

P.S. fairy doesn't have her own edition of DS. I think you are talking about the fairytale dragon that has its own edition.

My own personal suggestions
-Check on dragon story as often as possible.
-Don'tleave any habitat empty. Fill it with commons and when you get a new rare or super rare or ultra rare, replace it with the common.
-Play with your neighbors daily.
-have the max number of habitats.
