Theme suggestion. Casino : have dice cake, slot machine. Casino chip souffle. Etc. Also i have not seen lassaun. As a cooking option. Farm theme with piggys.bacon etc. Ghost peppers, chipotle, siracha.
Less focus on ethnicity issues and more focus on FUN!! @deekathleen had a great idea!! "Karaoke nite" would love to see that. Maybe a water park theme, with water slides and wave ponds..etc...that would really be neat.
