I really would love a bookstore/library theme for RS. I really liked the one in BS, but RS only has two bookcases, both of which are black. I would really like to have a different set that is a normal brown/wood color, at the very least. It makes more sense in a Bakery or Coffee Shop, but I wouldn't mind having one in my restaurant. I also really like the Bookworm object from the School theme, but can't find a decent theme to use it with including those black bookcases. :/

Since we have a few "water themes" how about capitalizing on them...a school of dolphins or fish? Maybe a whale blowing his spout<--- love this one! A mermaid/man? Just a thought.
Don't know if this has been said or done but a casino or vegas night would be awesome.

More sports! I have a sports theme in my restaurant. I'd like some baseball and maybe something like boxing or hockey. The billiards update was fantastic!
I would love a steakhouse theme. prime rib with horseradish. I really want Prime Rib.
A chocolate theme. Chocolate color floor. German Chocolate Cake. Double chocolate cookies with macadamia nuts. Chocolate swirl cake.
Because I have a water theme and a fascination with water I would love to have something like outdoor over the ocean seating an outdoor or balcony ocean view... this would be beautiful
