You have to contact Team Lava so they can transfer the game for you.

Everything should carry over with no problem. If you are going to have support do the transfer, you can also double check with them. The only possible issues I could see would be Android only decorations, if you have any.
Whenever you are having issues, try these two things first - restart your device,
and delete and reinstall the app. Your progress is saved on TLs servers.Contact me by PM
If you have the Android candy dispenser from the Google Play promotion last year, you'll want to make sure it is stored. If on your floor, it becomes dead space, and if you want to use that space you'll need to email support again and have them put it in inventory for you.
